Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants trades Amaryllis bulbs in large quantities to international customers. We can supply batches for a variety of purposes. Pot scalds, dry sales, and wax from various matching origins. We can ship amaryllis bulbs by container. To give an example, this is currently done mainly to foreign buyers in America , Canada and China, among others. Much of our knowledge comes from years of experience with in-house production of bulbs in Brazil, Zambia and South Africa. In addition, of course, the knowledge of pot production in the Netherlands itself. Species knowledge, knowledge about use purpose , preparation of bulbs, everything is in house.

Caladium

Collaboration with Abbott Ipco

We have been growing Caladium for the European market for several years. In addition to breeding, we work with the US company Abbott Ipco to market Caladium tubers. Abbott Ipco is a world leader in the production and distribution of a wide range of Caladiums. Abbott Ipco grows Caladium tubers in Florida.

Vreugdenhil Bulbs & Plants is Abbott Ipco’s agent for the European market , the Middle East and Asia. We import full containers of tubers, prepare them , de-eyen where necessary and supply growers and Exporters.
