ICT & Digitalization Specialist (24-36 hours)

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

We are looking for an independent and proactive IT professional who will be responsible for the management and further development of our IT environment. The focus is not only on stability and security, but especially on improving systems, connecting data and further digitizing work processes. The ideal candidate combines technical knowledge with a practical attitude and actively thinks along about how technology (including AI) can make the organization more efficient and future-proof.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Optimize and professionalize digital work processes within the organization
  • Analyze and improve existing systems (including SDF, Smartbulb, VERP, Nitea)
  • Research, select and implement new (missing) systems, such as a breeding program and cask administration system
  • Realizing links between different systems and bringing data together into one clear whole
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for management information and direction
  • Implement, manage and further roll out Microsoft 365
  • Identify and apply AI capabilities to support business processes
  • Creation and implementation of an IT and digitization roadmap
  • Monitor and improve data quality and structure within systems
  • Drive and coordinate with external IT vendors and software partners
  • Manage and optimize workstations and the digital work environment
  • Establish, implement and monitor security and password policies
  • Support users with IT issues and provide clear work instructions

With carefully selected varieties and strict quality controls, we ensure that their products meet the highest standards and customer expectations. We employ 32 permanent employees, 100 temporary employees and in the high season another 200 seasonal employees.

If it clicks from both sides, you will be offered a one-year contract at the start. Besides great colleagues and a good working atmosphere, you will receive a salary between €3500,- and €4500,- gross based on full-time employment. Of course this depends on the number of hours in your contract and experience. We fall under the collective labor agreement for greenhouse horticulture, which means that in addition to a good salary, you will receive 8.33% vacation allowance and 25.5 vacation days based on full-time employment. Furthermore, you will receive a good pension plan (BPL).

There is also always the opportunity to participate in courses and/or training to keep your knowledge up to date. Within our company there is an eye for people. Everyone is equal and you do it together. Several company outings are organized each year.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a completed MBO education and relevant work experience, or you are an entry-level with an HBO thinking level. You work accurately and independently, and you have strong problem-solving skills. You think creatively about improvements and proactively come up with new ideas. In addition, you take responsibility for your work and know how to set priorities.
